Friend called round with a knock on the front driver's side suspension on his Zafira. Quick run round the block and I reckoned it was the (roll) sway bar drop link. Had a cig and drank my tea while he jacked it up and took the wheel off - as you do. Undid the top joint and decided to move the link out of the way for the bottom one. Gave a tug - and pulled the bottom of the arm off the ball. Bit of a surprise that. My next surprise was find it was made out of plastic:(
