View Full Version : Steering Wheel leather Hole Fixes?
Any? I can't imagine how these things were sewn together.I certainly can't imagine sewing up a new skin myself by hand... I have a quarter size hole now worn to the rubber underlayer right at Twelve O'Clock, where i usually have my hand. Anyone use some Leather wrap tape or something?

Drum tight, just makes the grip a little thicker

So you put it over the old skin? Couldn't you remove the old one? Slice the old stiching ? or will the rubber come up then?

Upholstery kits: Do-it-yourself leather, vinyl, BMW vinyl
and cloth re-upholstery kits for E30, M5, M6 sport seats and
non. $425. Kevin: 678 565-7979 (h); info@creativeop-
tions.info. (GA)
I'll also vouch for these. Best price I've found was from, Bob 310 210 5309
Be sure to tape up your fingers when sewing these on, you'll see what I mean.
