Throwing Code 1222

Hello,
My check engine light just started flickering on and off and I did the stomp test and It gave me code 1222. Is the O2 sensor the likely cause on a car with 155,000 on it and with the maintenance bars on the dash down to yellow? The engine runs fine and doesnt seem to change when the light comes on. Any other causes?

If the o2 sensor is good a vacuum leak can throw that code... ???

hahaha the season has begun. Replace all intake gaskets including the rear PCV plate and front plate gasket, reboot the computers and good to go.

I just took off the plastic intake tube that goes from the air cleaner box to engine to look at the thermostat a few days ago and from what you said it sounds like a leak from there could do it. So hopefully I just put them on wrong.
