I'm trying to find a 12v power source thats powered when the key is in pos. 2 on the front passenger door The power for the windows will not work and the wires fot the mirror are in the door and insulated. Any suggestions where to find one? I'm not too sure how to run the wire through the door into the cabin because of the rubber piece that holds all the wires between the door and frame.

Run a coat hanger through the rubber and attach the wire to 1 end of the hanger and pull it through.

What do you need a 12V source for anyway?

that'll work, with some effort. I'm illuminating the inside of the door handles with LEDs.
