Stereo Problems

So i bought a JVC head unit for my 1990 525i to replace to stock head unit.

The harness they sold me at circuit city didnt fit into my wiring harness and now every is all messed up. I let my friend splice and flip around wires and ****.....and now nothing works! haha

If someone could privide a detailed list of what colors are what.....i might be able to figure this out still....otherwise im gonna have to go to an installation place.

you better bench test that thing first though, your buddy may have blown the radio, a fuse, or something else by doing it without a clue.
