Well I made it across country ,took 6 days but I didnt have internet access til now (only emails & business)
For those who havent had a long trip with your Bimmer yet I recommend it !!! There is nothing like hugging curves on a hwy at 85MPH

Now located in Passaic/Morris County NJ ...
anyway I need to find a good mechanic for a check up/service after the trip ...price is a FACTOR too ,
everything here is way more expensive !!!! (except maybe gas)

I don't trust anyone here in Morris County yet... I only know of one good guy for suspension/steering work in Pine Brook. He is very reasonable in cost.

...I've got a good guy on the border or Hunterdon and Morris Counties in Oldwick, NJ. Been taking my cars there for 13+ years, even non-bimmers (although he did refer to my '89 Wrangler as "an American P.O.S"--ends up that he was right on the money there!) He's also a die-hard enthusiast, too, which is nice.
