Climate stopped working for 45 mins, could feel the heat working but no air.. Then all of a sudden it came back and has been working fine since @ all settings!

Wth is up with that, all fuses are fine.. Whats about to break?

Your resistor pack/sword or your dash fan switch.

Resistor IŽd think, but no air at all in ANY position! Manual controls.. Could a clogged microfilter produce similar results?

Hmm, possibly your switch going bad then, have a look at this (http://www.bimmernut.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35780) thread I put together a while back :)
