FRONT headrest removal and Christmas goodies!

How do you remove the electronic headrests that are on the front seats? I searched the forum and it isnt in my book! I'm installing new seat covers from bav auto.. i'll post pics once they are all in.

P.S.
I also received new racing dynamics headers and KMAC camber plates (from santa)!! :D ill post pics when I get them in!

Just use the electronic lever to raise them as high as the go, then use your palm from the bottom side to give them a little punch upward. Voila!!

I was starting to do that but I wanted to make sure I could pull them out w/o hurting the gear or whatever it it that raises and lowers the headrest.
