Rocking engine

Does the Nikasil problem cause the engine to rock. I had some work done a while back and when they returned the car I noticed the engine rocked as it did not previously. They did claim to replace a motor mount which is what I suspect the problem is and that they are just waiting to fleece me. The car pulls fine and has plenty of power. I will get another leak down but in the mean time I wanted an opinion.

The block has 74,500 miles on it.

Could be the engine mounts / transmission mounts.
Could also be that the car is not idling right...
