Non Starter?

Hi,
I recently had a new gearbox fitted to my 1992 e34 535i auto sport. Just before it went in the battery had lost charge where it had been sitting for a while.

Now the guys at the garage have come to test the car after charging the battery and it doesn't want to start!?!?! Apparently the indicators flash when the doors are opened, and also when the ignition is tried.

Nothing else has changed on the car apart from the new gearbox, and the battery being drained completely.

Any ideas anyone? I really would like to get the car back home this month!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

might have pinched the main power wire to the starter axing your fusable link?
