about the worst part is the exhaust and accompanying nuts/bolts.

studs that attaches the exhaust to the exhaust manifold. When removing these nuts, first drive them clockwise a quarter turn to bust them loose, then back them out with impact wrench if possible. A lot depends on the RUST level.

Indy replaced the bearing but now has a driveline vibration at about 45kph under load (accelerating) but not cruising speed.
He has checked all he can think of (pre load, donut etc)
Any thoughts?

he might have assembled the 2 halves out of sync? I dont know if you have the 2 piece shaft or not.
