Does anyone know if the e34 520 se without aircon 1992 rhd has a microfilter or pollen filter and where its located???

not sure about that car but my 1994 525i the micro filter is way back center under the dash. You have to remove the glove box and the hang a left to get to it, a pain in the ass but cheap and a HUGE difference in air flow.

Just checked realoem.com and it suggests you do have one. Best try yourself with your VIN. As your car is RHD dont go taking the glove box out. The microfilter comes out from behind the heater towards the steering column. Best get a 2 piece microfilter if you are replacing it - the steering column makes a 1 piece virtually impossible to fit. Do a quick search and you will find lots of write ups on how to do it. HTH

yes but you will have a leak, not bad but a little leak, if it's financially different I would cut one too.
