Coming from E34s, I quickly realised that they are slightly too heavy for the track (even Mosport), so it was time to build a dedicated track car.
I picked up a slighly rusted '92 non vanos 325is for little money then installed a complete M3 suspension in 3 hours. I have yet to install the M3 sway bars. What a difference....
Next I will change the control arms with the bushings and maybe the steering rack for an M3 one. The rear end will be completely dissassembled and all the bushings will be replaced with urethane or solid bushings.
After selling my 535i rims and track tires, I will buy two sets of 17" rims, one for the street and one for the track.

The 535i black and blue 525i are for sale

Guess which ones are the M3 with H&Rs...

Next: M3 front brakes with M3 spindles and M3 control arms
