Only thing I could tell is it's not from the USA, from the looks of the European style license plate. I really feel sorry for the oncoming traffic, the driver of the Saab (I think), probably shat himself....the guy could have easily oversteered and spun out onto the oncoming traffic. From the sound of the idiots in the background they're all from the same mold. Winfred, where's my gun??? Let's go idiot huntin'.....=)
