Cut and Pasted a summary of the event:
September 20th it is!
I like the idea of doing a later day, maybe meeting around lunch and having an afternoon event?
On September 20th we will be meeting at
Three R Plastics
1801 Holian Drive
Spring Grove, IL 60081
We Plan:
prizes, tunes and games. We've got beanbag toss......
Shwag from BMA is on it's way, Kelly is planning a menu for 20+ and we need one more tent.
Is Kris showing up with sausages?
Has anyone talked to Brandon or Scott?

Keep watching the mailbox Ross, I know I owe you a few good brewskis. Was really hoping this would've happened back in June before crunchtime. It's no fun being critical path.

He is lower than whale *hit....back in the olden days they would hang thieves on the town square. What a dork.
I didn't know about the Chicago childrens hospital, the one I was referring to is St. Francis here in Peoria. The nuns run this one, but I could also imagine ol' Rod dressing up like one if he thought he could steal a dollar.

K, boyz and girlz.
It's sooooo close, looking forward.
We have some NICE party favors from BMA and the weather's looking like it might hold.
Kelly has an delish menu planned and if you want i'll be doing my infamous BBQ chicken and beer brats.
Donations to offset costs will gladly be accepted.
Cups, ice and coolers will be onsite but we'll leave it up to you whether you prefer Coke(tm), Pepsi(tm) or generic.
I'll be bringing a dual purpose solvent made by Smirnoff(tm), LOL.
Bring some chairs.
Hang up & Drive!

I just assembled the grill, dedicated for shop use :)
I am eating a veal brat from http://www.koenemannsausage.com/Scripts/openExtra.asp?extra=1
We will have a tent setup, a picnic table, coolers, condiments, and obviously coolers.
I think its a good idea to invite any gearheads and auto nerds. I think I will spread the invite to the local fiat guys, so we have some cars that are pretty ;)

It was a small showing, but we had a great time. Paul and Kelly lavished us with a mix of Alton Brown and Anthony Bordain. Everyone enjoyed the great weather, until it turned not so great, and at that point the tent saved us. The only non BMW's were my Fiat, and a friends VW rabbit.
