Yep, that will work on the E34s.. its also the one Acet did a DIY writeup on. Same number pump and all. Good stuff that more people are trying it... makes me more confident in the future to try one out when needed.....

Acet finally gave me the data for the pump (dimensions), and that is why I recommended it also for the E32 to some people. Acet made a very detailed write up on this, very informative and as usual, pics are best to explain. Special thanks to him, I mentioned that in his write up already that they also fit E32.

Especially for 750 owners it is very costly to buy original Bosch pumps, even the cheapest source is asking for > $200 and times 2 pumps it usually cost approx. 500-600 US$, no it comes down to approx. $140.00 for 2 Tre-Performance pumps.
What we do not yet know is the long time experience with these pumps. Do they also run 15-20 years like the Bosch pumps do? In 20 years we will know ;-)

Just got a TrePerformance TRE-340, cheap even with shipping and it only took 2 days to reach Scandinavia from CA! Pretty cool..

Its installed as per Acets description and all seems well so far, altho it seems to me that there´s a slight depth problem, not so much in the bottom but on top it sits a lot deeper that the original! Live terminals and gasoline? Someone tell me that it doesn´t matter plz.. (shogun?)

as long as the terminals are inside the gasoline, no problem. The original fuel pump also has live terminals.
For explosions you need a fuel-air mixture = vapor
