When braking, i'm getting multiple knocking noise and it seems like its around/under the passenger seat. It sounds like someone is under my car knocking on it as if it was a door? It doesnt always happen though. Any idea?

Check the driveshaft bearing and guibo.

I doubt it, its been changed already. the knocking is a constant repeating knock and it doesnt vary with the cars speed. I brake and knock knock knock knock even as im stopped.

Indigestion! LOL... no really, raw gas in cat converter will cause knocking. Which would then cause the other possible scenario is the ceramic inside all broken up and with pressure from engine would cause the rattling.

Hit the cat with a hammer and you can hear the broken stuff.
