Help on part number for air-cond blower related items

folks, i need help to locate these 2 items on realoem.

with reference to the article in http://www.nmia.com/~dgnrg/page_15.htm

1. the 7mm hex screw [5 of them - i'm missing 3 :(] re: "The panel is fastened with five screws, ..."

2. inner dust cover
re: "...there is a second flimsy inner dust cover panel.."

You can find these on the car in various places and you can take these to a dealer for extras. Here is the info on the part number:
