Replace upper arm ball joints - possible?

Hi guys,

I think it's about time I 'rejuvinated' my E34's upper arms. I know that 750i and poly bushes are quite readily available, but can the ball-joint itself be replaced as well? Does anyone have any info, part numbers etc?

Nein, available only as a whole assembly. Joint can't be pressed out either.
