I was in serious danger of getting on my soap box today. Somebody said the cabin crew at BA are lucky to have jobs!!! Luckily an old mate from school days sent me the following link. There's loads of people all over the place saying they're never going to fly with them again after this debacle... ten points for pissing off your clients. They'll have to lower prices to get people back on their side, which means the inevitable layoffs.
