Finally found a hood my colour and I am in the process of rewiring and retubing.

What do you guys use to replace the tiny hose clamps? - I can't find anything small enough, right now it is zipties.

Also - any of you US spec cars ever have your nozzles freeze up in winter? I'm thinking of bypassing the heaters they are pretty messed up. I can't pull the fuse because it shares the mirror control unit - who's idea was that???

Why don't you just buy a new nozzle? Simple and done!

I'm not sure which one to get - the one that shows up on pelican parts is different from mine (mine has send and return, this one has only one tube) + the connector is different. I think the stock nozzle from an E32 would work (it has the same tubes and the same connector) but I'm not sure if it would fit the hole - I don't want to guess at $25 a nozzle. Anyone know? I guess replacement is the best option but the current nozzles work fine except the heater terminals are all messed up.

+ I would like to put the liner back on and be done with it instead of waiting for a new nozzle.

Part number is on your nozzle... pop it off and check the last 7 digits.

ok thanks - it is the nozzles from an e32. btw I found these tiny little ring clamps that seem to do the trick.

Zip ties are fine, very little pressure to contend with here.
Too bad I didn't know you needed nozzles, I have 'em and they would have fit comfortably in the box with the AFM.

I don't get it - why 2 tubes to each nozzle? Is it a failsafe system or something?
