Any famailar with the Mat-loc system

Any one familiar with the Mat-loc system? Where can I buy these clips? I found these in a 2000 528i, very slick system. I want to get new mats made and am leaning towards GGBailey as long as I can find this clip system. Works very nicely in the 2000 and the plastic clips pop right into my 1989 carpet. No more headache looking for my old clipping system which they only used in the United States and for only a limited time.

GGBailey is suppose to be the bomb. Best on the market, but I don't know about the oriental carpet... gag :(. Ha and I was born in Japan :)

Now do these use adhesive to stick to the bottom of the carpet then the velcro face fits to the face of the floor piece? For instance some of the carpets I've seen at Bavarian Autosport have the same kind of foam backing layer that doesn't seem like it would hold velcro but a realy strong sticky adhesive should work..
