Removing front driver's side fender...Anybody done it?

I am about to replace my front drivers side fender, and I was wondering if anybody has advice on what needs to be removed first. I couldn't find it in my manuals.

firstly you will need to remove the bumper and disconnect the fog lights then removing the fender simple

Bumper first, then a dozen or so screws. Easy job.

So there is no welding? Hmm...I might also consider this

...Erm, I kinda need to change it, even though I have a darker grey fender. I have a lachsilber car, but a granitsilber fender to put on. lol...

If anybody has a lachsilber parts car, let me know, I'll buy/trade.. :P

If you must know, it ate a Mazda 3. I have a sticker on the fender now that reads, "auf Granit beißen"
