A/c Switch problem

My dual climate climate control doesn't vent through the normal route. No air is coming out from the front vents, they come out near the windshield and beside the dash speakers. How do I solve this??? Pressing "auto" in the climate control doesn't lock to its position. Pushing it just comes back up..

could be defective/broken stepper motors, search for Kibokojoe, he had the same problem, or the flap mount.
