long story short got some m-pars 18 for 300$ and they're locked to the 740il i have. how could iget them off?

You mean it has a wheel locks on it? That's easy... get a wheel lock removal socket... it looks like a deep socket and inside is all teeth that will grab when loosening it... About $40... you might have to tap it in with a hammer but it is simple... just use a breaker flex bar to loosen it.

yeah they're locked on. where could i get the socket to take the key lug off? btw they're the oem rim lock s with the pattern on the inside. could i get it from the dealer

You need leverage... so you need a breaker bar.

1/2 ratchet will not give you enough leverage.

Unless some pinhead overtightened them they can sometimes be removed by using a slightly smaller12 point socket and bashing it on the lock. If this doesn't grip it enough you can still buy the specialty tools such as the set LTI has.
