missing connections in my engine bay, can anyone help??

in my engine bay on both the left and right sides right on top of the wheel arches, are 2, 3 plug orange connectors. one on each side with 3 wires running through each. below is a picture of what i'm taking about. THIS IS NOT MY ENGINE BAY!!!

i had an '89 that was the same the wiring for the crash sensors was there but no crash sensors, no airbags etc there are a couple behind the front floor speakers also.
