I need help my battery is dying the little fan on the back of the climet control runs all the time switch on or off,is there a timmer that shuts it off and is the button on the top right supposed to have power all the time even with the switch off. 1997 740il

Hi friends.
Well we are through out mostly dead batteries from our homes and offices but this is not good.
We should be try to recover these batteries and become again in use
