OK, I really hate it whan I dont know what to do

My frikkin grill pops out on the passenger side of the car, I mean I can pop it in but the slimy bastard pops right out on me, Was thinkin silicone but can only get the outside clip plug in deal thats there. If you look at my picks i posted a day ago youll sea what I mean. Things has been ongoing but is annoying me now. Is there clips I have to replace or how can i pull half the deal out to glue the **** outta it? I hate when I have soooo many major problems like this.

Jeff, my ETK shows only the "decorative frame" but no clips. Mayber there's a tab that used to be there but might have snapped. All other things tried, some PL Premium construction adhesive from Lowe's/HD in a few select locations should do the trick...that's what's securing my driver side mirror cover on! :D
