headliner material thickness?

Anyone know what thickness the headliner material should be replaced with? It looks like the online place sell 1/4", but mine looks more like 1/8". Would it make any difference?

Shouldn't make any difference, I replaced mine with the 1/4" stuff. Just make sure you get a good contact glue. I used the stuff that came with the headliner. My headliner fell down in the back after one texas summer. Bought some 3m stuff at o'reillys, been up for almost a year now.
