No M5's came with 'hubcaps'. They were all forged alloy wheels. They all (except for the M Parallels) had 'covers' which bolted on. 95 should be T-stars if not the M Parallels. www.bmwe34m5.com/ is a good site for all of your M5 needs/questions.

The 1995 M5 was only produced for European & UK markets. Although all M5's (apart from a few Limited Edition runs) were hand built to customer specifications - so someone could have specified hubcaps (unlikely, I think) - all 1995 M5's came fitted standard with the 18" parallel alloy wheels.

Not sure what you are asking?
The serial # of the engine? Depends on the car...
The model # of the engine? S38B38
What are the last 5 digits of the VIN?
If it truly is a 1995 model, it will have a 6-speed transmission and curved (aero) mirrors
