Outer door gasket repacement/repair-Difficult?

Has anyone replaced or repaired the outer door gaskets on the e34? They look difficult as it appears as if a lot of disassembly of the door must be done.

I have a (up to about 40 mph) wind whistle on the right side. it appears to be a shrunken outer gasket on the rear door.

Doesnt seem too hard. I just got a bentley manual in yesterday.. If you dont have one I can lend you mine if youd like to tackle it yourself.
