Blowing fuses

Need Help, First my 520i fuse box is in Italian, and the fuse number 15 is always blowing the 30 amp fuse when I turn on my air conditioner, which by the way has very little cool air coming out of it, is this problem related? Can some one help me by sending me an english translation of what fuse is for what. Any comment is appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

In my 1992 525i fuse number 15 is break lights, 7.5 amps

In my 1990, that fuse also powers the horn and aux water pump. My aux water pump was binding and causing the fuse to blow, so i disconnected the pump. Check your a/c clutch.
