She's so pissed.... called me and said you want another BMW, cause this one has me marked... soo funny... I said fight it... she says everyone drives that speed on that road and if in the Neon she wouldnt have got it... claiming Luxury Sports Car Profiling... LOL

Around here, it's usually the other way around- I NEVER see a BMW/Mercedes/Porsche pulled over. Most of the ones that get caught are the Neons, Jeeps, etc. It's odd....

I had an '02 Buick Regal, never once got pulled over. Before that I had a '97 528i, black on tan. Got ticketed for going 56 in a 45 on a "RESIDENTIAL" stretch of a 2-lane highway (Rt. 54 through Morrisville, for you Raleigh folks). Bloody hell. Now I drive more cautiously than I'd like because I KNOW they're watching me... and it makes me sad... this terrific car under me and i can't use it...
