is this from a short or bad sensor?
Hate to take all the fun away from the turbo thread LMAO.

Likely water in the connector plug right behind the sensor. Pull the plug and carefully clean it out - should fix it. BTW, can take a day or so after doing this for the sensor to correctly read.

I thought it was behind the grill but I cant see it, where am I supposed to be looking for the sensor and connector?

you really wish you had one of these Nikisil enhanced V-8s shoehorned into your engine bay just for the added challange. You never did venture over on waterpump day did you?...LOL

...and dealing with a leaking drain plug (because I had 2 gaskets!!). I think Jeff is right. In my case it resolved itself in about a day, but I was getting ready to take apart the harness connector, and glad I didn't have to because I found it difficult to get my hands around, being where it is.

mine must have self medicated itself today. Hope it stays that way, and I did do a wash last night!
