I'm getting ready to replace my rear shocks. I was inspecting things to get a parts list together and noticed the trailing arm connecting link bushings are completely shot. How will this affect my handling. Maybee my rear shocks are not as bad as I thought. My car rides well and drives well till you try a corner at high speed then it's a handful. It's stable at even moderate speed. something is squeaking sometimes when you bounce the rear of the car up and down too, think thats the shocks. All the other bushings look good. My car is a 89 535im.
