HI there.
Im having a problem where I lose throttle power above 2000rpm for about 5-10mins before it acts normally again.
A BWM garage mechanic suggested I unplug the air flow meter when this happens. I tried it and it solved the problem straight away, the engine would rev normally.
With the meter unplugged the engine would rev normally but it wouldnt idle normally, with a pulsing rythmn to it. Sometimes when I plugged the meter back in, it would behave normally but not for long before the I would have the revs problem again
Obviously I cant keep jumpin out to unplug this meter every time I have this problem, is there something I should be replacing or cleaning?
Cheers
