Test values and procedures for tps icv please

my idle is unsteady ,and the car is slow to return to idle.It sorta hangs at 1500rpm for a bit to when you rev it to say 2500 or 3000rpm.

the icv can generally be cleaned with carb cleaner, the tps on a 5 speed 535 and all m20s has 3 pins, the center pin is the common pin one outer pin is closed throttle and the other is wot, you are looking for contenuity from the center to the outer. while you are there clean the throttle body
