I puchased a belt the exact size as the old one and I can't figure out why it is about an inch to big when I put it on the pully's. Can someone tell me what I missed, or does anyone have a photo of the belt on the car.

i show a 1555mm on the 92 and a 1560mm on a 91 525

Before replacing your belt, check carefully the pump's ball bearing and legacy components. Breakdown around here is horrible...and let you on foot.

Thank you for your time and diagram. I fixed it in 20 minutes. New water pump, new belts and i'm ready to go. The old pump broke and fell out, so I didn't see how the belt went on. Thanks again
