1995 540i Ontario emissions test failure

My car just completely failed all emission tests in Toronto. I have the chip by Mark D'Sylva and I know the engine has a vacuum leak somewhere but the engine check light was not on during the test. Is there anything else I can check, change besides this?

Can anybody recommend a Drive Clean Repair facility in Toronto for BMWs so that I can qualify Repair Cost Limit?

If you don't find any obvious problems - try the test with the old chip
don't know if it would help but it is worth a shot, then reinstall the EAT chip after...
