Car vibrates between 1400 and 1500 rpm

hey guys, my car started vibrating at 1400 rpm last week. I thought it was..... i dont know how you call them, the "supports the engine has", but they werent. I dont know what could it be.

Another question:
I fixed the head of my 520i, changed head gasket and all of that stuff. Should i drive the car in low rpm, is there any top speed until i do the second torque?

well ... 1st the vibration might be from the gear supports too. I had this problem in my old 525i almost the same engine... head gasket and all that stuff ... if u mean valves then u need to drive ur car for 1500 M @ max 3500 RPM and do not load ur engine with full throttle until u do the oil change ... ( after the 1500 or 1000 M ) P.S. you should change ur engine to 525 or 528 if ur engine is 24 valves type. 520 is very weak !!
