the window in the rear pass. side isn't working. it won't go down/up. what can i do?

Sit inside the car, holding the switch in the down position, have someone slam the offending door closed. Try this trick before you have to remove the rear door panel. Just in case you do have to remove the panel to further examine what might be wrong, it's not that hard. I believe Bruno's site has detailed instructions with pictures.
