OT: cheap used pickup

I'm looking for a cheap work truck to haul around parts to keep the e34 running- ha!
No actually I have some rental prop's and fixer uppers, and i need something to get around with tools, and something that doesn't attract as much attention as the BMW. A friend recommended the Toyota Tacomas from the mid 90's. Any other recommendations? looks are not a factor.

Keep it dry and safe! I used to have a pickup that I would haul my gear around in and seemed I would have to work around the weather channel in fear of it raining/snowing/or high winds. Sold the pickup and got an older Toyota 4Runner , now my gear is safe from weather and theft.
