I replaced a bulb in the dash, and had the SRS light start flashing after putting the cluster back in...stupid me, I should have read that the battery has to be disconnected before starting this.....anyway can I reset this light, the same way as I reset the service/oil change lights. I have checked the archives and they do not mention how to reset the SRS light....I suppose I can remove the bulb, as I am 200 miles from a dealer. Any help will be appreciated....THX

That light can only be reset by the dealer, or someone with an SRS reset tool.

:D
Disconnecting the battery seems to be the first thing to do for a lot of repairs on E34s (and E30s, and E32s, and E36s, and E....you get the picture)
