Hi,
In my quest to figure out why my aux fan kept running, I took the advice of this board and checked the fan relays. I was greeted by a chattering noise, which means that the relay is probably okay but is receiving a signal that is intermittent (high speed relay, checked fine with DMM).
The radiator switch is okay so it must be the intermediate pressure switch off the A/C. Tomorrow, I'll disconnect that switch and confirm.
Now the question: will replacing that switch cause the a/c to lose refrigrant? I suspect it will so that means taking it to an a/c shop. Sigh, not a DIY.
Thanks,
Adnan
