1994 E34 battery location? (1994 525i Saloon).

I'm guessing it's under the rear seat, but how do I get to it? Is there any other way to disconnect the power (eg fuse or relay)?

I've just cleaned up all my ABS sensors and my light is still on so I'm trying to cancel the ABS memory (if it has one) and hope the light goes out...

Then you can disconnect right at the battery terminal. Hopefully that will clear the light, or it's off to the specialist for you.

Grab The Front Of The Lower Rear Seat And Pull Upwords. The Battery Is On The O/side And Has A Plastic Cover On It.

on us cars the abs system self checks on every start, if theres a sensor problem usually the light doesn't come on till you start moving, bigger problems are usually what cause the light to come on and stay on
