An overheat scare, should i be worrying?

So tonight a radiator hose popped off, spilled all of the fluid and went into the red for about a minute. Should i be worried about anything?

Things should be ok. The red is there to warn and highlight (a bit like the rev red line). Shouldn't hurt to much with the occasional short trip into the zone.
