Hi, not new to the forum, but haven't posted in a while. Anyhow, I need a spare key and would like to know the best (most economical) way way to get one. Any suggestions are certainly appreciated. Thanks.

I think you are screwed by having to go with the dealer. Call all of them in your area as prices vary. I think I remember paying $25-30. You got to bring the cars registration and your DL.

Thanks to both for your replies. BTW Jeff, how's that nikasil enhanced M60 holding up?

due to a heavy metal kite that ventured into my path. I'm brandishing an '05 Century that rides like a raft on a windy lake. Been in a really bad mood and can't wait for my honey to come home again. I can't even update my mileage in my sig daily....I'm having BMW withdrawals.

Like they said, you need registration, and your DL. It cost me 23 and two days of waiting to get a key made.
