Expert oil advice !

Hi to everyone

Average Temp in my country ranges from 45F to 120F(tropical country) year round.

Mobil 1 dealer only has 0W40 and is not going to import 15W50 as recommended for my local temperatures.

Is it safe and worth using the 0W40 Mobil1 or should I stay with Valvoline 5W50 or Esso 5W40. All these oil are fully synthetic.

All of the oils you listed are fine for use in your climate. I personally prefer the 0w-40, but use whichever is the least expensive.
