Problems with driver's electric seat

I am having problems with the elctric seat. First, only one side would recline, so the seat would be crooked when trying to get in the fully reclined position. Now, the headrest will not move. How easy or tough is it to repair? Any and all help would be appreciated. BTW, this is on a 1994 540i. Thanks!

that is the one link i have on seat twist, but if you search the forum you will find a bunch more!
my 540 passenger seat does it.... but i don't sit there!
