Abs

I keep feeling the ABS engaging unnecessarily while parking,very slow speed braking. I also have an issue with the brakes in general, they feel too soft and need pumping. What shall I do, change the mster cylinder. Does this indicate any issues with the servo??
How can I test my Servo for the brakes as well??
